Lidl Magyarország and Aldi will both increase salaries this year
Lidl Magyarország will spend 7.3 billion forints and Aldi 2.5 billion forints for salary increases this year – the companies told MTI on Tuesday.
Over the past two years, Lidl has spent more than 12 billion HUF on wage increases. After increasing the wages of 5,300 employees working in stores and warehouses, the monthly gross salary of shop sellers varies between 280,000 HUF and 301,000 HUF, while the highest gross monthly salary for shopkeepers who have been employed for three years is up to 335,000 HUF, 8 hours worked, together with the amount of fringe benefit. In addition, the allowances reported last year averaged 45,000 HUF a month. (MTI)
