New hungaricums: gooseliver and goosefeather
Gooseliver and goosefeather are going to be hungaricums soon, according to a new legislation – Poultry Product Council (BTT) and the Ministry of Rural Development (VM) announced.
The new legislation about hungaricums is going to be discussed by the parliament in December, and the first group of products covers items like “Hungarian gooseliver” and “Hungarian goose-feather with high flake-content”, according to the information published on the website of the council of products.
