The Polish government adopted a draft law on special tax on retail
On Tuesday, the Polish government adopted a bill on the special retail tax. The special retail tax was previously presented by the Polish Finance Minister in the parliament. It will be a progressive special tax.
At Tuesday's press conference, Beata Szydlo Prime Minister and Pawel Szalamacha Finance Minister described the bill.
According to the draft, adopted on Tuesday, the special tax would have two tax rates. It would bring about 143.8 million euros fiscal revenues this year. (MTI, Lucie Szymanowska)
