More workers would require pension and health fringe benefits (cafeteria), than who receive while in case of hospitality it is opposite – the joint survey of the Union insurance company and Sodexo cafeteria distributor shows.
According to the survey sent to MTI on Wednesday, 59 percent of the respondents would require pension and health fringe benefits, while only 39 percent of them receive these kind of services from their employer. The opposite pole occurs in hospitality – for example, 41 percent of respondents would require Széchenyi Rest Cards, while 49 percent of the surveyed workers receive that. (MTI)
