LEGO, Samsung and Audi are the most attractive domestic employers

Unusually, the results of Randstad Employer Brand Research, the world’s largest independent employer brand research, were presented in an online presentation and the Hungarian winners of the Randstad Award were announced. Moving one place forward on the podium, LEGO became the most attractive domestic employer, second place went to Samsung and third place went to Audi.

As in previous years, this year’s results show that the IT sector is the most attractive for domestic workers. Payment, the work atmosphere and lasting job security continue to be the most important aspects of job choice, but flexible working conditions and the attractiveness of the job have also grown in importance.
