Cafes in Budapest are among the best
Three of the world’s best cafes operate in Budapest, at least according to Lonely Planet, which has ranked about 150 cafes in 37 countries a few months ago – Világgazdaság Online wrote.
Over the last decade, the hospitality industry developments in the capital have been particularly concerned to bistro-style venues and cafés. There were two main reasons for this: one to open a coffee shop – because of the expense-earning ratio – is far more predictable than a warm-looking place and less human resources required for investment than other restaurant services, which reduces the company’s administrative and wage costs.
