The best Hungarian meats from the Food Chain World Summit
On the closing gala ceremony of the 1st Sustainable Food Chain World Summit, those prizes were distributed that were won on the meat championships, held at 5 rural locations, in the Castle of Buda and in Sepsiszentgyörgy.
The awards were handed over by Dr. Gyaraky Zoltán, Head of the Food Processing Department of the Ministry of Rural Development, and by Dr. Búza László, chairman of the organizing Foodlawment Association.
The meats were judged in two ways. The jury, decided after a very strict control and tasting. Beside the official jury, visitors could also vote. So it happened that there were two winners in a category.
