Lavazza to acquire Mars Drinks

With this move the Lavazza Group continues its international expansion in important markets (North America, Germany, the UK and France) and strengthens the Lavazza Office Coffee Service (OCS) and drinks vending machine sales channels. The deal is expected to be finalised by December 2018.
