Costumers travel for special flavor vegetables and fruits

The old Hungarian fruit and vegetable varieties will reappear probably on the local and regional markets, which establish the reputation of the Hungarian horticulture.

In recent decades, the old, local, regional, sensitive species excluded from the shelves of grocery stores supermarkets. This process is partly due to technical production and supply reasons, because it is an important requirement that the plant could be well adapted to the production technology.

With the support of the Hungarian National Rural Development Network, a student community garden network is intended to be build out, in order to preserve ancient species and to revitalize community horticulture learning.
