The audience could taste the Bread of the Country
The public could taste the Bread of the Country in the scope of the most important feast of the Hungarian bakers, which this year became the “Várkapitány bread”of the Kurdi Family Pék Kft.
At the Budapest press conference of the Hungarian Baker’s Association the preparation of an Internet portal was also announced that contains datas of all Hungarian bakeries that have Hungary Bakery trademark.
The Hungarian Baker’s Association organized its annual St. Stephen's Day bread competition for the fourth time. At the competition a renowned jury of experts chose, which bread will be the Bread of the Country this year.
