2023 could be the year of claims management
During debt management, debtors who pay poorly or do not pay at all are again encouraged to repay, which now has many methods and tools. As a rule, financial institutions and, in many cases, various businesses are familiar with this concept, however, it is also not uncommon for private individuals to have performance problems. Moreover, in the current economic situation, the need for the settlement of claims as soon as possible may become even more important.
There is still no real culture of receivables management in our country
With the arrival of the new year, after the January inventories, the accounts receivable can come into focus again. This can be especially true for businesses, where these deficits are clearly visible, supported by numerical accounting. However, it is a general idea that since people are often left to themselves with their problems, including difficulties arising from businesses, they rarely follow up on such matters properly. In most cases, the company’s decision-makers have been more patient until now, but as a result of high inflation, the question may arise for many of them, how long can they be patient.
“Due to outstanding inflation data, the present value of money is not a little higher than if we received the same amount months or even years from now. As a result, proper receivables management can become much more important for creditors than before.”
– said private investigator Zalán Doór, executive director of the X-Rock Private Investigation Office.
