Kotányi uses locally produced ingredients wherever possible
Fűszermalom Kft.’s initiative was successful and seasoning pepper production restarted in the Mórahalom region. In 2014 about 50 tons of excellent quality seasoning paprika was prepared from locally grown pepper. In the first year 50 families produced 300 tons of raw product. Erwin Kotányi, owner of Kotányi Hungária Kft. announced that they would involve more growers in 2015 to double the quantity produced.
