Anxiety caused by the coronavirus has also left its mark on workplace mood!
Many are frustrated with their own company and bosses, however, most executives don’t see how much danger their key people are leaving the company due to the lack of a home office and personal encounters. Developing data-driven HR-tech solutions, CX-Ray surveyed the daily mood of more than 65,000 employees. According to the study, the “workplace mood” low point is the first week of closures, and the chances of employees dropping out have halved where, managers have been presently supportive in the lives of their subordinates.
