The government provides all support to domestic companies wishing to invest in Uzbekistan
The conditions for the development of economic cooperation between Hungary and Uzbekistan have been secured, the government will provide all support to domestic companies wishing to invest in the Central Asian country, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó announced on Monday.
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the head of the ministry emphasized above all at the Hungarian-Uzbek Business Forum that despite the distance of 4,000 kilometers, there is a strategic partnership between the two countries. He then underlined that in the case of two states that are so far apart, the governments must create seven important conditions for the cooperation of economic actors, and in this case they are all given.
First of all, he mentioned that there should be no open political issues, and in this regard he welcomed that relations are based on mutual respect and are free from any kind of confusion in this area. According to his words, the second is personal presence, since Hungary has had an embassy in Tashkent since 2016, and now the diplomatic representation of Uzbekistan has also opened in Budapest.
