The new 65,000 square meter logistics center of Güntner-Tata Hűtőtechnikai Kft. with digitized solutions was inaugurated on Wednesday. Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Szijjártó Péter said that the Hungarian government had provided 1.6 billion HUF non-refundable support for the development.

The Güntner Group implemented a total of 7.7 billion HUF in development.
Szijjártó Péter emphasized that 150 new jobs had been created at the Tata plant with the establishment of the group’s European logistics center and a 1,200-square-meter capacity expansion investment.

The minister said that after the change of regime, Güntner was one of the first German investors to start production on 2,000 square meters and in 30 years 40,000 square meters to build world-class equipment. The government entered into a strategic agreement with the company in 2019. (MTI)
