We love a good knife skills video at FDL HQ – is there really anything more mesmerising? For us knife skills are the art of the kitchen and we love it when we find a great video demonstrating this.

The below video shows off a chef who has managed to gain great control over what is a massive knife, and he demonstrates this by chopping meat on a balloon.

That’s right, this chef from China is such a master of his blade he can slice through meat using nothing but a ballon as a chopping board.
Crowds form to watch the demonstration and it certainly seems to be a good way for him to attract attention to his business.
