Budapest Bank: 14 percent of the small businesses have loans
Currently, only 14 percent of the micro and small enterprises have loans. 46 percent of them has overdraft loans, 19 percent have Széchenyi Card Overdraft Loan, and 10 percent have company credit card – shows the research of Budapest Bank, carried out by the BellResearch.
The research data show that more than half of the micro-and small enterprises with 300 million HUF annual net turnover are stagnating, a fifth of them are declining – the Budapest Bank told MTI on Wednesday.
The analysis shows that the longer payment terms or the non-paying customers, as well as seasonal fluctuations in sales may require additional funding due to the financial situation. More than half of the responded executives believe that in the next 12-month period additional fundings will be needed. (MTI)
