Retail becomes more and more international
Despite the challenges, the international players of retail trade continued to expand on the global market – shows the annual report of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE).
The survey of CBRE, carried out for the fourth time by examining 323 biggest chain of stores of 73 countries to explore the expansion of global retail trends, on international and on local level. According to the report, although in 2010 the world economy recovered from recession, but it is still a kind of test period for the retail trade, as customers cut back their spendings in several market segments, fewer new mall opens, and it is harder to get high-end retail space – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
