The Association of the Hungarian Farmers' Societies and Cooperatives (MAGOSZ) asks the Hungarian government to support the small and medium-sized farms.
According to the association, in accordance with the general farm policy principles, when using the rural development resources an advantage should be given to these farms.
The advocacy told MTI: that they suggests that the support rate of the small agricultural businesses and family farms to be higher than the large farms that are more efficient, due to their larger size. (MTI)
