The excess of supply can decrease sugar prices
The world’s sugar production may exceed the demand also this year, which according to experts say can result in a reduction of sugar prices.
Bloomberg quotes the European leaders of the Singapore-based Olam International, food company who said: In the 2012-2013's season, starting in October, the supply can exceed the demand with 6-8 million tons, after in the 2011-12 season a nine million ton surplus occurred – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
