Kifli lowers the price of special foods for people with dietary restrictions
Hungarian online grocery retailer Kifli is strategically lowering the prices of special dietary foods to meet the growing demands of consumers with dietary restrictions. Kifli recognizes that there is significant demand for these foods, but consumers often have to pay higher prices for them. As a result, the retailer has reduced the prices of essential gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free, and added sugar-free products to align with conventional offerings. These prices will remain stable at least until the end of the year.
Gabriel Makki, CEO of Kifli, stated that they decided to lower prices because they empathize deeply with those living with dietary restrictions. They understand how challenging it can be for them to find products that fit their unique diets, and they don’t believe it’s fair for them to pay more. Kifli’s mission is to make excellent food accessible to everyone and to support people with dietary restrictions by offering a wide selection of products at competitive prices.
The company is adjusting the prices of a range of products that cover a full shopping list to be in line with standard branded products and guarantees that the selected product prices will not increase at least until the end of the year. Kifli believes that this price adjustment can help improve the economic situation of families who need to follow special diets. The expanding product range is shaped by customers who can suggest their favorite special dietary foods online, and Kifli’s procurement team ensures that the product selection meets customer needs.
