Employees in the retail sector aren't comitted enough to their workplace
Only half of the employees is able and want too, to make better achievement to help their workplaces succes – said an research in business daily Vilaggazdasag.
The
most comitted workers are in the pharmacy, here 75% of the employees
work with pleasure, its the same as at the best workplaces. Only 6 of
ten are comitted who work for HR companies, the share is lower at the
food industry. The less committed people work at the waterservice
companies, its only 39% deep under the Hungary's average, the retail
sector is only a bit better.
