The Kellogg purchased a chips brand for 2.7 billion USD
The Kellogg Co. announced that the company will pay 2.7 billion USD for the Pringles potato chips brand to the Procter & Gamble Co..
Kellogg estimates that the deal except for the one-off costs will increase the company’s per share profit in 2012 from 8 to 10 cents.
