The number of malls increasing in the Eastern European region
Last year, nearly 160 supermarkets were opened in Eastern Europe. Although the pace of handing overs have slowed down, since the record number of 2007, almost 1,000 malls to be opened this year.
Most of the malls opened in Russia last year (over 60), Turkey (over 40) and Poland (over 20). Currently, these countries have the most project, due to their high potention in population. The dynamics in Poland and inTurkey are because of these countries seem more reistant towards the crisis – reports Világgazdaság Online.
