JYSK has been serving online orders from four countries from the Ecser distribution center since spring
From the distribution center in Ecser, in addition to the Hungarian, Croatian, Slovak and Slovenian stores, JYSK has been serving the online orders of the four countries since late spring, the furniture and home furnishing store chain told MTI on Tuesday.
In the announcement, Jaroslaw Sobczyk, the head of JYSK’s Ecser logistics center, explained that online orders (home delivery and in-store pickup) were put together in Poland before the Ecser center opened.
He added that in March, the Ecser center already processed 3,500 online orders per week, and further growth is expected in April.
Most online orders come from Hungary, in March this represented 48 percent of orders, followed by Croatia with 26 percent, Slovakia responsible for 17 percent of orders, and Slovenia for 9 percent – explained Jaroslaw Sobczyk in the announcement.
