The future is already the present – employer branding in the spirit of sustainability
Employer branding is no longer just an HR tool, but a strategic factor, according to the third Employer Branding Conference, held on 3 June 2025.

This time the event focused on sustainable workplace operations, generational change and the relationship between employer branding and ESG considerations. Krisztina Bódi, managing director of the organiser, Marketing Art Kft. opened the conference, who pointed out that today corporate branding can’t be done without taking sustainability considerations into account. Dr Imola Csehné Papp from ELTE placed the concept of sustainable employer branding and its practical significance in a scientific context. Representatives of Yettel and CIB Bank talked about how to connect with younger generations. Various HR and communications managers shared the steps they had taken to integrate environmental, social, and economic sustainability into their daily operations.
