The key to the future: artificial intelligence and digital innovation in wealth management
The Hungarian wealth management sector has reached another milestone in its knowledge base: the study entitled “Digital Development and Artificial Intelligence Opportunities in Wealth Management Services” has been published, which supports the development of financial service providers with practical strategies and international benchmarks – according to research by Blochamps Wealth Research.
One of the most important professional publications in the domestic wealth management industry was published in 2025. The 75-page study, which has just been published, maps out the current opportunities for digital transformation, customer experience development and artificial intelligence applications in private banking and family office services.
In addition to the operational practices of domestic and international market players, the research provides insight into strategic planning and recommends specific development directions for decision-makers in the sector. The study’s key topics include:
the development of fintech-based operations,
the feasibility of hyper-personalization in the Hungarian environment,
the expected labor market impacts of AI use,
and the applicability of international best practices.
Ammunition for decisions
The study not only contains analyses and data tables, but also presents the current level of development of domestic players and the directions of technological and customer experience-focused developments through visualizations. The goal: to provide clear, practical support to asset management and business development managers in the strategy-making process.
According to the authors, AI-based developments not only increase operational efficiency, but can also raise customer service to a new level – especially in the case of digitally supported service models tailored to the needs of affluent customers.
New infographics every Monday
The team that publishes the professional study doesn’t stop at research materials: they share new infographics, data visualizations from Hungarian and international surveys, and industry news useful for business development on their LinkedIn channel on a weekly basis.
The study is available for download, and anyone who wants to stay up-to-date in the world of digital wealth management can sign up for the professional newsletter.
