Johnson & Johnson will buy a Dutch biotechnology company for nearly 2 billion euros, after the two companies have agreed in the terms of the acquisition.
It seems that the buying mood of the companies has not ended. Johnson & Johnson announced yesterday that the company offered 1.75 billion euros for Crucell’s 82.1 percent share.
