The pandemic has made plant-based foods popular in Britain
A survey of UK consumers clearly shows that the pandemic has made the vegan diet more attractive among young adults (21-30 years old). The same is true for the 12 percent of the total British population and 22 percent for those living in London. Plant-based foods produced steady growth even before the outbreak, but the coronavirus appears to have given further impetus to markets. (agrarszektor.hu)
