Loyalty programmes are the key to the heart of Millennials
A report prepared in cooperation by Bond Brand Loyalty and VISA, with the participation of 12,000 US and 7,000 Canadian consumers about 58 loyalty programmes, has found that shoppers deem loyalty schemes to be valuable from many points of view.
