Price of Hunguest Hotels will be spent on agricultural investments

With the uniting of SCD Group Zrt. and Hunguest Hotels Zrt. (HH) the largest Hungarian tourism company will be set up. Tamás Leisztinger wishes to increase his agrarian-revenues by selling the chain, whereas Gellért Jászai, owner of SCD Group, famous for their Balaton-related investments plans to rely on state help to get invilved in special touristic investmernts.
