This year's Széchenyi Ball in the spirit of Hungarikums
This year's Széchenyi Ball will be held on 1 February in Budapest, in the spirit of Hungarikums. The proceeds will support the Ments Életet Alapítvány (Save Lives Foundation).
The participants will meet with knights, hussars, can taste Hungarian pálinka and Törley with foie gras, sausages from Békéscsaba as well as with salami and cheese.
The cultural program will contain performances of Balogh Kálmán dulcimer artist, Old Boys, the new collection of the Lacca Fashion House will also be presented, as well as Herend products, china painting and Halas lace creation. Two original, first-time published works of Széchenyi will also be shown for those who interested – Rubovszky András, General Secretary of the organising Széchenyi Society told MTI on Monday. (MTI)
