The Hungaria Grande Cuvée won silver medal on Sélections Mondiales des Vins
North America's largest international wine competition the Sélections Mondiales des Vins held between 26 and 31 May 2009 in Canada.
Six-hundred wine producers from 32 countries sent 1836 samples. 554 products honored with 3 great-gold, 60 gold and 491 silver medals. On the competition The Hungaria Brut Grande Cuvée champagne of Hungaria Pezsgőpincészet Ltd. won silver medal. This champagne is particularly successful in the export market, because Hungaria Grande Cuvée Brut is the leader of the market in the French-speaking Quebec and also increased its turnover in Ontario as well.
