As a solution the city of Frankfurt has launched a special pilot project for the training of refugees and immigrants for the HoReCa sector. The German Hotel and Restaurant Association, cookery school Genussakademie and the Employment Office have joined forces to help those who are interested in the profession, but lack the necessary language or vocational skills. Participation in the 2-3 month courses is free of charge. //
