The lobsters and the turbots will be exclusively provided by METRO at the Bocuse d'Or World Finals
The world finals of the Bocuse d'Or chef competition begins today. First time in the history of the competition, a Hungarian competitor Széll Tamás, chef of the Michelin starred Onyx restaurant also takes part with his menu, a Rubik-Cube based concept.
The organizers have determined the selected ingredients for the fish dishes weeks ago: the lobsters and turbos will be exclusively provided by the French, METRO Cash & Carry, during the time of the competition. The competitors have to decide what they will use in the creation of their menus, from fresh seasonal ingredients provided by METRO.
