Auchan launches hypermarket price comparison site
Auchan launches a website, he www.hiperarak.hu which will compare the prices of the domestic hypermarkets. The www.hiperarak.hu website (currently not working) established in accordance with previous recommendations of Self-contolled Advertising Board.
The system will compare prices of products with the same kind and same quality of four chains of stores – the Auchan, Cora, the Interspar and Tesco. Eighty percent of the products are mass consumption products, 20 percent are fresh food products. The comparable-sized department stores, are in the same zone – reports Origo.
