Henkel won the top prize in the BeneFit PRIZE large company category again this year

Henkel Hungary has once again won the prestigious BeneFit PRIZE – For Happy Employees large company award. Out of more than one hundred and thirty applicants, the company not only proved to be the best in its category, but also took home three additional special professional awards, which further strengthen Henkel’s role in the forefront of domestic employee well-being.

The BeneFit PRIZE evaluates employee well-being based on a complex system of criteria in a unique way on the Hungarian market: in the companies’ applications, it examines the full spectrum of physical, mental and spiritual support, including work-life balance, office environment, sports and health programs, mental health services, the quality and diversity of fringe benefits, and sustainability and CSR measures.

Henkel Hungary has been consciously building on these areas for years and developing its own well-being strategy, which the jury ranked among the most excellent this year as well. In addition to the main award for large companies, the company was also recognized with three special awards: for its programs addressing Generation Z, for its initiatives to strengthen financial awareness, and for its measures supporting legal certainty. These awards clearly reflect that the company not only works with a comprehensive benefits system, but also responds sensitively and with targeted solutions to the needs of different employee groups.

Since last year’s recognition, Henkel has expanded its benefits and family-friendly portfolio with several new elements: it has introduced, among other things, gender-independent parental leave, which has already been used by several fathers, enabled 30 days of teleworking abroad, launched new mental health programs, and also expanded company insurance packages to provide more comprehensive protection for its employees. These developments significantly increase Henkel’s attractiveness in the labor market, with their help the company can not only stand out from its competitors, but also address and attract talents even more effectively.
