The WWF warns about proper water management
The impact of climate change can be felt more and more. According to a new report from the WWF, the inadequate water management practice in EU member states further exacerbates the already severe effects of long, devastating droughts – magro.hu wrote.
Recently, severe droughts throughout Europe have made people’s lives difficult. Emergency measures to deal with extreme drought had already been introduced in France and Germany this summer. However, drought damage can only be reduced by water during periods of water abundance and by prevention – according to the article of napi.hu. (magro.hu, napi.hu)
