Aeroplex is opening a new plant in the HelloParks Maglód megapark
The industrial real estate developer HelloParks and the region’s largest independent aviation maintenance company, Aeroplex Közép-Európai Kft., have signed a long-term lease agreement. The airport service provider will lease nearly 8,000 square meters of warehouse and office space from the spring of 2024 at the HelloParks Maglód industrial complex located in the immediate vicinity of Ferenc Liszt International Airport. park in hall MG3.
Aeroplex Közép-Európai Kft. is expanding its airport operation with a maintenance plant with a complex design and special machinery. The company rents an area of nearly 8,000 square meters in hall MG3, built in the second phase of HelloParks Maglód. One of the dominant European players in the aircraft maintenance market will carry out, among other things, aircraft wheel and brake hub, engine component and composite structure repair work in the industrial park located just a few kilometers from the Liszt Ferenc International Airport. The new tenant can take possession of the plant in the spring of 2024 in the 45,000 square meter warehouse that was handed over at the beginning of this year. The financing of the development of the area is carried out jointly with the commercial banking partner of HelloParks.
