Heineken says no to recession
Heineken closed the first half of the year, with a 489 million euro net profit, 20 percent above the same period of the previous year.
The turnover was 11 percent higher than the turnover of a year earlier, and reached 7.14 billion euros, exceeding analyst expectations with 60 million euros. The company has implemented an 50 million euros cost reduction in the first six months. The company's shares pays 25 eurocent interim dividend. Their rate increased by 27 percent this year – reports Napi Gazdaság.
