Brussels provides 46 million euros to the Hungarian dairy producers
The regulation over the special dairy support has been published. The regulation entered into force on the 28th of March. As the treatment of the specific disadvantages for of dairy farmers the European Union will provide 46 million euros for Hungary in 2011.
Both new and previous producers can apply for the 2011 year program of the EU, if they meet the obligations of dairy farming. The amount that will be allocated to the Hungarian farmers will depend on the exact number of claimants, and the produced milk volume in kilograms – reports Világgazdaság Online.
