The snail-processing plant of Zalaszentgrót well recognized in France aims the Hungarian market also

The company supplies 10-12 percent of the luxury restaurants and wholesale chains in the French market, now the company also wants to supply the Hungarian market – told the company's chief technology officer on Saturday to MTI.

Főző Róbert, chief technology officer of the IMOFI S.R.W.S Kft. told that the company operates since 1991 in Zalaszentgrót Zala county. An annual one thousand ton of Hungarian snails and hundreds of tons of semi-finished ocean mussels imported from Chile are being processed – reports MTI.
