Hungarian companies only use social media for marketing purposes
The majority of Hungarian companies still do not get the hang of social media: they mostly use it as a one way platform to distribute marketing messages, instead of focusing on examining and understanding customer needs.
This year, users spent 82 percent more time surfing their social media profiles than last year. Companies need to understand that this is not just a one way platform to add marketing ideas but it is an excellent tool to map and react to customer needs.
