Traditional shops remain important in the online age too
According to the results of the Total Retail 2016: United States survey, shoppers are interested in the experiences offered by brick and mortar stores. They often visit these shops to see what kind of options they have and 70 percent need shop assistants’ recommendations. David Anzia, vice president of sales at Frank Mayer and Associates told these days shoppers wish to become part of a community. This is the reason why buying decisions are very much influenced by how consumers feel about a brand: they choose the brand they think is valuable, the brand in which they believe.
