Somebody call Herbie Hancock, because the real-life watermelon man is apparently stuck working in an industrial kitchen where he's forced to complete high-stakes fruit butchering challenges all day long. In this one, dude schools a whole melon and slices it into fruit salad using nothing but sheer determination and an entry level chef's knife. He's even wearing a hair net, which is nice, but if we're being totally honest, watermelon man's knife skills seem a tad sloppy. That's definitely not uniform dice he's leaving there on the prep table. But still: There's yet another fruit ninja in our midst. How many more are out there?
