We have written several times about what influences our eating habits and culture. We tend to overeat, we are easily misled visually by large plates and wide glasses.
Dutch researchers are trying to prove with experiments that we only eat certain amounts out of habit, even if less would be enough. Objects matching the style of the food were created, which were placed on the plates next to the food just to take up space. The results are not talked about, but you can try the idea!
