The GVH approved the sale of MOM Park
The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) has approved the transaction on the transfer of the MOM Park shopping center, so it can be owned by the OTP Real Estate Fund – the Wingholding Zrt. announced on the stock exchange’s website on Monday.
According to the information, the competition authotity approved the transaction for the transfer of the shopping center, based on the sale agreement between the MOM-Park MFC Kft. and the OTP Real Estate Fund. The MOM-Park MFC Kft. is owned by the Wingholding Zrt. in 16.6 percent. (MTI)
