The GVH has approved the merger of eMAG and Extreme Digital
The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) has determined that the acquisition of control by Dante International Kft. (eMAG.hu) over Extreme Digital Zrt. (Edigital.hu) does not significantly reduce competition in the market of technical products.
According to the announcement received by the Office, the Dante International Kft., Which operates the eMAG.hu online store, wanted to gain control over the online store edigital.hu and Extreme Digital Zrt., which operates 16 stores nationwide.
