The GVH authorized the increase of Bonduelle

The Bonduelle can take over the canning activities and assets of the bankrupted Kelet Food on the basis of the decision of the Competition Authority (GVH).

According to the Wednesday statement, the Bonduelle Central Europe Zöldségfeldolgozó Kft. is the member of the French Bonduelle Group, appeared in Hungary in the early 90s. The production of vegetable cans will be carried out in the canning factories of Nagykőrös and Békéscsaba.

The company signed a contract with the bankrupted Kelet-Food 2000 Élelmiszeripari Kft. over the purchasing of the assets in the scope of the liquidation sale procedure in February.
