Juhász Miklós, the new president of the Competition Authority would strengthen the client-friendly nature of the Economic Competition Authority (GVH), that has substancial and technical elements.
According to the president; substancial element is the providing of the possibility of prior consultation. This can take place in merger cases initiated by the clients.
