Juhász Miklós, the new president of the Competition Authority would strengthen the client-friendly nature of the Economic Competition Authority (GVH), that has substancial and technical elements.
According to the president; substancial element is the providing of the possibility of prior consultation. This can take place in merger cases initiated by the clients. Juhász Miklós believes, that the majority of companies are interested in law-abiding behavior and to comply with the competition rules – reports PiacesProfit.hu, after MTI.
